Facility Service Rates
Veritas Environmental Services is dedicated to serving our community, offering a range of complimentary services such as basic custodial, maintenance, and repair work in public areas and communal spaces.
In addition to our standard offerings, we provide supplementary chargeable services to cater to specialized requests beyond our regular campus management. These services encompass assistance with moving, specialized custodial cleaning, and rental of furniture, as well as support for special events.
Our fees cover both labor and materials, where applicable, with a minimum labor charge of one hour for all requests.
For those seeking an estimate for chargeable services, please specify this requirement when submitting a work order. Kindly note that estimates may take a few days to prepare. Upon completion, you'll receive the estimate via email through our work order system. Upon receipt, you have 30 calendar days to review and approve the estimate. Work will commence only after your approval. Should approval not be granted within the 30-day window, a new work order must be submitted.
Labor Costs
The table below serves as a guideline for labor costs. However, the actual expense for any chargeable request is subject to various factors, including duration and materials utilized.
